Brooklyln Borough President Marty Markowitz and Brooklyn Center for Independence of the Disabled (BCID) invite you to join us in celebrating the 22nd Anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Commissioner Victor Calise, Mayor's Office for People with Disabilities is the keynote speaker. Council Member G. Oliver Koppell will receive an award for Outstanding Legislator. Admission is free.
