Do you have training mandates and requirements you must meet?

Perhaps you are already accredited but you are looking for ways to maintain that accreditation?

If so, our new webinar series is for you!

Essential Learning and Accreditation Guru, Inc. are proud to present an educational, unique series of webinars designed to help you navigate the road toward accreditation and maintain your accreditation. While we hope you can join us for all three, you may participate in one, two or all three to gain helpful tips to support you and your staff.

Session III – Achieving and Maintaining Accreditation

In this third and final session, attention will be focused on an accrediting body's decision making process. The maintenance of accreditation includes the implementation of your quality improvement program, staff training, risk management, etc., all of which will be reviewed. You have worked hard to become (re)accredited and now it is time to learn to reap the benefits of all of your hard work.

About Our Presenters

Jennifer Flowers, MBA, President,
Accreditation Guru, Inc.

Ms. Flowers has worked in the accreditation arena for 15+ years, including past tenure as Director of Volunteer Services and Accreditation Commission at the Council on Accreditation (COA). She has successfully led social service agencies across the US, Canada and Puerto Rico through the (re)accreditation process. Her consulting services also focus on quality improvement programs, strategic planning, Board development and volunteer administration.

Chuck Tepper, Senior VP of Business Development,
Essential Learning

Mr. Tepper has held senior level sales positions in the healthcare arena for more than 30 years. At the start of his career, Mr. Tepper was a sales representative for a major pharmaceutical company.  Mr. Tepper continued his work as a partner for a multi-state, medical publication that focused on the business aspects of healthcare, and was responsible for its multi-state expansion.  Prior to joining Essential Learning, he was the senior vice president of sales for an $80 million, publicly traded healthcare services company and played a key role in the company's growth in its mental health pharmacy business and as an internet-based healthcare information company.
