Abbott House has announced the promotion of Yeisha Hinds to Assistant Director of the Bridges to Health. Hinds has been a part of the Abbott House team since 2001, lending her talents and passion for effective human services to a variety of positions including Family Visitation Worker, Health Care Coordinator and Health Care Integrator Supervisor. “Few people know the needs of the children and families in our care better than Yeisha Hinds,” said Abbott House President & CEO Claude B. Meyers. “At each step of her career here, Ms. Hinds has exhibited a strong work ethic and an unwavering commitment to those in our care, and I’m excited to see her apply her skills and experience as the Assistant Director of our Bridges to Health program.” Hinds holds a Bachelor’s in History from the University of Connecticut and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Yeshiva University. She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Public Administration at John Jay College. |
