| DJJ Seeks NSD Group Homes |

New York City’s Department of Juvenile Justice has issued an open-ended solicitation for non-secure detention (NSD) group home services for youth.
Each group home will provide at least 10 and no more than 12 beds. DJJ is seeking to provide services at facilities that will be operational beginning any time from August 1, 2009 to July 31, 2011. Current vendors operating NSD Group homes that have contracts expiring in fiscal years 2010 and 2011 are encouraged to respond to this application. Applications will be accepted on an on-going basis from July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2011.
